Waterproof Electrical Junction Box for Outdoor Use

The durable and sturdy junction box is constructed using high-quality ABS material, ensuring excellent impact resistance and reliable electrical insulation. The waterproof box comes with a removable grill mounting plate and two mounting brackets, allowing for easy installation of the device within the waterproof plastic enclosure. Additionally, the outdoor electrical box is equipped with mounting screws, enabling it to be conveniently hung on a wall or fence.

The junction box is designed with ventilation and heat dissipation features. It is outfitted with two high-volume 12V fans positioned on either side of the box, accompanied by a sizable 1.77-inch diameter heat sink. Furthermore, the junction box is equipped with a 12V thermostat. When the internal temperature of the junction box rises above or matches the start temperature, the fans are activated to rapidly expel heat from the enclosure, preventing excessive temperatures from causing equipment failure or improper operation. Once the temperature drops to the stop temperature, the fans cease operation, extending their service life and reducing electricity costs.

To safeguard against the elements, the outdoor all-weather electrical box is designed with rainproof and dustproof features. The air outlet is fitted with a rainproof shutter, and a built-in dustproof mesh is incorporated, with the window leaves angled downward by 45 degrees. Waterproof strips are utilized in the contact areas between the electrical box and its components. The air inlet at the bottom is equipped with two dustproof nets and a piece of double-sided tape, effectively preventing the ingress of dust.

For enhanced safety, the electrical enclosure box is equipped with a simple non-slip buckle to secure the box door, ensuring it remains waterproof and dustproof. Additionally, the box features reserved lock holes, providing double safety protection.

The external dimensions of the project box measure 15.7 inches in height, 11 inches in length, and 5.9 inches in width, while the internal dimensions are 13.8 inches in height, 10.6 inches in length, and 5.1 inches in width.
